The DonorSelect vendor network has real accountability. Please confirm you understand the performance expectations before applying.

I understand that vendors are held to a 90% on-time SLA rate on a rolling 90-day window. Falling below 90% triggers a flagged status. I understand that two missed SLA deadlines within 30 days triggers automatic suspension pending review. I understand that payment is released by FoodFund Foundation only after confirmed delivery, and that my business name will appear on donor fulfillment receipts. I agree to the Vendor Participation Standards and understand the fulfillment fee structure will be disclosed in my onboarding agreement.
